"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity engaging our services.
"Services" refer to web design, SEO, digital advertising, and other creative marketing solutions provided by SprocketMedia.

2. Scope of Services

SprocketMedia offers creative digital solutions, including but not limited to:

Website design and development
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Digital advertising and marketing
Social media management
Content creation and branding

Service specifics, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Payments & Fees

Pricing for services will be detailed in a formal proposal or agreement.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients must:

Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure they have the rights to any content provided to us for use.
Approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.

5. Revisions & Modifications

The number of revisions included will be specified in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Any changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new project or billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
SprocketMedia retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings or advertising performance).
SprocketMedia is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If the client cancels before project completion, payments for work completed up to that point remain non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

SprocketMedia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
